Packaging, MOQ and shipping planning
Confirm the box, quantity basis, case pack, carton information and shipment assumptions before the order is locked.

The box is part of the product decision
Packaging affects shelf visibility, shipping cube, barcode placement, warning language, instructions, accessory fit and the buyer's ability to explain the product online. MOQ and shipping are connected to the package because a color, artwork version or carton can change the production and delivery basis.
We encourage buyers to discuss the package while the product is still being selected. That is when changes are cheapest to understand and easiest to carry into the sample.
Packaging questions
| Area | Questions to close |
|---|---|
| Format | Existing box, private-label box, window display, blister, insert or other structure? |
| Content | Blaster, darts, targets, accessories, batteries, instructions and spare parts? |

| Carton | Inner pack, master pack, dimensions, gross weight, marks and pallet logic? |
| Approval | Artwork version, fit sample, change list and owner of final approval? |
MOQ is a basis, not a magic number
MOQ may refer to pieces, inner packs, cartons, colors, artwork versions, tooling or a production run. A useful quote makes the basis visible and states whether mixed SKUs or mixed colors are possible. It also separates product quantity from packaging setup, sample charges and artwork work.

Shipping is planned from real inputs
Shipping depends on destination, carton data, order timing, battery status, inspection, carrier requirements, shipping term and the agreed delivery milestone. A responsible timing answer is a project frame with assumptions, not a universal promise.
For a replenishment buyer, the previous carton and pack record are valuable. For a new project, the carton may not be known until the package and quantity are approved. We keep that uncertainty visible so it can be closed at the right stage.

Questions buyers ask
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes, where the selected product and project route support it. We review artwork, structure, warnings, instructions, barcode and carton information before approval.
Can I combine products in one shipment?
Often this can be discussed, but each SKU may have a different MOQ, case pack, timing or shipping constraint. The final plan should show the actual combination.
How is lead time calculated?
It depends on product readiness, sample and artwork approval, quantity, packaging, production schedule, inspection and shipment. We confirm a project-specific frame.
What should I send for a shipping estimate?
Destination, product or SKU, quantity, package or carton data if available, battery status, target date, shipping term and inspection requirements.
