Product documentation by SKU
Request the documents that match the selected soft dart product, configuration and target market.

A document is useful only when it matches the product
The document question should begin with the SKU and target market, not with a generic list of certificates. A report, declaration, instruction sheet or material file may apply to one configuration and not another. We help buyers identify what is available, what is relevant and what needs confirmation.
For large-volume buyers, document discipline is part of repeatability. The file set should travel with the product record, package version and change history rather than sitting in a separate folder with no context.
Possible product file set
| File area | What it helps the buyer confirm |
|---|---|
| Product specification | Dimensions, materials, mechanism, components and configuration. |
| Packaging and artwork | Features, warnings, age mark, language, barcode and pack version. |
| Instructions | Use, loading, play rules, storage, battery and responsible-play language. |
| Testing or declarations | Whether a report or declaration exists, what configuration it covers and what market it addresses. |
| Inspection and shipment | Inspection scope, pack count, carton marks, dimensions and delivery information. |
| Product images | Which visual reference matches the approved product and package. |

How to request documents
- Send the SKU or product image and state whether it is a new project or replenishment.
- Name the destination market, sales channel and intended age range.
- Tell us the exact file type or buyer checklist requirement.
- Identify whether the product includes batteries, targets, spare darts or other accessories.
- Ask us to confirm whether the file applies to the exact configuration and package.
What we will not do
We will not turn a product-level document into a blanket claim for every soft dart item. We will not treat an old sample, an unapproved package or a different accessory set as the same configuration without checking. The point of the file request is to reduce ambiguity, not decorate a page.
